EXP is pleased to announce Colleen Harris has joined our growing Wisconsin Transportation group as the Regional Engineering Director, Infrastructure and Transportation, Wisconsin.
Colleen brings over 32 years of transportation management and engineering experience at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT). In her most recent role as Director at WisDOT, she was responsible for all Northeast Region transportation business and engineering operations. In this role, she managed 150+ transportation professionals and provided full-service planning, design, construction, traffic and maintenance operations engineering for an 11-county area in Northeast Wisconsin. With WisDOT, she managed and oversaw the region’s $42 million 3R highway program, $50-100 million backbone program and several major projects including the $1.515 billion US 41 expansion project in Brown and Winnebago Counties and most recently provided leadership in completing the environmental and preliminary engineering of the $1.087 billion IH 41 expansion project from Appleton to De Pere in Outagamie and Brown Counties.
Colleen joins EXP at a pivotal time for the Wisconsin Transportation team, as they look to open a new office in Madison, Wisconsin and continue to expand their reach in the Wisconsin transportation industry. “We are excited to welcome Colleen to our team and continue to build upon our transportation presence in Wisconsin. With the addition of Colleen, we look forward to growing our strategy and operations even further,” said Vice President, Wisconsin Transportation Rowland Hoslet.
Colleen studied and obtained her bachelor of science in civil engineering at Michigan Technological University in Houghton, MI. She also holds a Professional Engineer License in Wisconsin and served as Town Board Supervisor for the Town of Scott, Brown County Wisconsin Board.
