The Williams Parkway Operations Centre sets new standards for public and industrial buildings. Located on 21 acres in burgeoning Brampton, ON, this award-winning campus redevelopment establishes a centralized administrative headquarters, works building and works yard – providing the city with modern, new facilities.
The two-phase, 190,000 SF development brought new office buildings, fleet maintenance shops, works and operation dispatch facility, weather event control center as well as facilities for sand and salt storage, vehicle wash, storage, fueling and parking. Certified LEED Gold, the project incorporates sustainable features such as geothermal heating and cooling, storm water retention pond, extensive green roof, solar-powered site lighting and provisions for electric vehicles.
