Constructed to replace the existing overpopulated and dilapidated detention facility, this new facility has a 300-cell capacity and allows authorities to better meet safety measures and operational efficiencies.

As part of a consortium, EXP participated in the lead team to develop performance specifications for the mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, and building safety disciplines; review of construction document compliance; construction audits and monitoring of commissioning.

This multidisciplinary collaboration ensured the desired function and performance of the security and telecommunications systems throughout the project.
