BAE Systems awards EXP with a lump sum contract for a large design project at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant in Kingsport, TN
John Flint joins our team as senior vice president. As a recognized leader in the transportation industry, John will apply over 40 years of multifaceted expertise in planning, design and construction of large, complex, multi-disciplined, multi-modal transportation projects to strengthen and grow EXP’s US transportation practices.
John’s greatest asset is his demonstrated experience in building talented and successful transportation organizations from the ground up. He successfully built and sold his consulting firm to T.Y. Lin International Group in 2007. We welcome his engineering consulting leadership and dedication and are excited he’s on board. His focus will be to continue the dedication to exploring new possibilities and exceeding clients’ expectations; a fundamental goal we at EXP strive and accomplish – every day.

He has held numerous other prestigious positions throughout his career and remains an active participant in professional organizations, including the Institute of Transportation Engineers, American Concrete Institute, American Railway Engineering & Maintenance Association, Association of Consulting Engineering Companies and more.
John will focus on transportation groups in the Mid-Atlantic region, US South, Florida and US West, Southern California region.
