With a deep understanding of our operations across North America, Priscilla has been representing EXP in legal matters for over 14 years and has played a valuable role in providing strategic guidance to the leadership team.
Priscilla’s legal team supports EXP’s growth, resilience and success as the company navigates an environment of persistent disruptions. She has been instrumental in updating the company’s code of conduct, implementing governance best practices and policy review. Our adaptive and skilled legal team provides insight and clarity that empower business leaders to make timely and risk-informed decisions.

Priscilla graduated with an Honours, Bachelor of Science in immunology from the University of Toronto but switched gears to pursue law at the Osgoode Hall Law School of York University. She then went on to complete her civil law degree at the Université de Montréal. Priscilla is admitted to practice law in Ontario and New York. She also has her master’s degree in business law from Osgoode Hall.
