EXP’s expresso magazine wins SMPS’s People’s Choice Award

Last week, EXP’s corporate communications and marketing teams virtually attended the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), the premier A/E/C marketing and business development association, Marketing Communications Awards ceremony. For the second year in a row, the teams celebrated winning the People’s Choice Award, an open vote to the public and SMPS members alike, for EXP’s premier client and employee magazine, expresso 16: the mentorship edition.

Vice President of Corporate Communications Emmanuelle Landry, shared, “This year’s People’s Choice win is particularly symbolic to our teams as we’ve elevated our content across all platforms. Our role as communicators and marketers is to strategize, elevate and evolve, regardless of situations, to produce materials that resonate with employees and clients. The expresso 16: the mentorship edition was a true testament to accomplishing this mission. We’re very proud to compete with the best in the industry and be named the recipient of this important award.”

EXP also was recognized with two merit awards in the external newsletter/publication category for expresso 16: the mentorship edition, and the special event-mixed media category for EXP’s unofficial annual party at the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) conference.
