This year, our chili connoisseurs had a chili show-down at EXP’s Chicago office 2nd annual chili cook-off. With over 30 judges tasting nine different chilis, the stakes were high to take home bragging rights of the best chili at EXP. Land Development Group Manager, Chris Mills, who started the chili cook-off last year noted, “The cook-off is a great way for colleagues to step away from their technical work and build comradery. We have a great mix of people at the Chicago office from all different walks of life, and cooking is a great way to bring people together. With all the proceeds of the cook-off going to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, it’s a nice way to have a little friendly competition but also do something for the greater good. Plus, who doesn’t love a bowl of chili for lunch? Or nine? It’s only fair to try them all.”
