EXP is very pleased to announce the promotion of Christina Cruz to vice president of regional marketing. With over 20 years of experience, Christina has been with EXP since 2004 and has served in business development and marketing leadership roles. After graduating from the University of Waterloo, Christina started in the industry working for a developer, then moved to architecture and interior design firms, while also working for an NYC advertising firm, ultimately leading to engineering at EXP. Today, she leads a dynamic team of over 30 marketing professionals in the United States and Canada. Her focus is on winning work through elevating quality proposals, centralizing and standardizing processes, and collaborating with leadership, technical experts and clients across the industry.

Christina will continue to lead high-performing teams in the development, management and execution of national and international multidisciplinary, multimillion-dollar project pursuits. This move recognizes Christina’s success in unifying a growing and geographically dispersed team, centralizing business development and marketing information and building the internal tools and systems that allow us to report on key metrics. She also recently joined EXP’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, helping drive EXP’s culture, and is a strong advocate for equality in the workplace.
