On June 13, EXP celebrated the relocation of its Atlantic Canada headquarters office to downtown Fredericton at 140 Carlton. With six offices across the region and over 250 employees, EXP has been instrumental in supporting Buildings, Infrastructure and Earth and Environment projects throughout the region.
From traffic studies and small renovations to complex, multi-disciplinary projects, EXP’s Fredericton teams support public and private sector clients. EXP has served as a trusted advisor to the Government of New Brunswick, the City of Fredericton and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), fostering partnerships built on trust, collaboration and shared goals. The team’s recent projects have included Florenceville Bridge Rehabilitation, Saint John Courthouse Theatre and the Nignen Women’s Shelter.
“Our contributions go beyond the walls of our office. We’re helping to shape the future of Fredericton, of New Brunswick and Atlantic Canada. With the power of technology and the strength of our teams, we’re able to deliver world-class work to clients around the globe. This move to 140 Carleton is more than a relocation – it’s a recommitment. To our people, our clients and our community. We’re proud of where we’ve been, excited about where we are and inspired by where we’re going. The best is yet to come,” said EXP’s Senior Vice President, Regional Manager – Eastern Canada Richard Smith, P.Eng., MBA.
