Mansion Entertainment Group has recently announced plans for a $2 billion project in Northeast Oklahoma. The American Heartland Theme Park and Resort will span 1,000 acres outside Vinita alongside Route 66 and will feature a world-class theme park, hotel, RV park and indoor water park.
EXP is proud to collaborate with various industry experts to bring this major project to life. EXP is working alongside FORREC, Cuningham Group, and THG to provide engineering and lighting design services for the theme park and hotel / water park. We are also acting on behalf of the Owner to help bring utilities to the site. The project is scheduled to be built in phases with a final expected completion date of 2026.
