Black History Month has evolved into a global celebration of history and achievements. EXP’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee strives to foster opportunities for Black employees to share their perspectives while encouraging all employees to learn, acknowledge and address inequalities. We are working to shape an industry and workplace where all identities, backgrounds and cultures are celebrated because we believe change is possible when we work together.
