A new headquarters for one of the world’s largest industrial auctioneer, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers. This new 3-story building whose building envelope comprises of curtain wall, fibre cement panel and concrete panel walls is actually four independent quadrants, all performing as a single building.
Our team provided design review services throughout the progress of the project and managed the overall design and construction of the building envelope components.
