The interior design of this new regional office was guided by the concept that interior spaces can serve as an extension of the outdoor environment, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
The project transformed a 10,000 SF concrete shell into a warm, modern office space inspired by Fredericton’s architectural heritage. The design draws on regional materials such as brick and stone masonry, blending historic references with contemporary functionality. Distinct public and private zones are seamlessly connected by a central, flexible lobby space that naturally links the lunchroom and boardroom reinforcing corporate identity while supporting local office culture.
Environmentally responsible materials and energy-efficient systems were prioritized, demonstrating how sustainable practices can deliver beautiful, healthy spaces.
