This year has been very different. In between the 6 feet of distance, remote offices and virtual everything, a sense of fatigue is palpable from an omnipresent pandemic. Around the globe, it has been amplified by events causing us to see the world – and ourselves – differently. Eventually, it can take a toll on our mental health.

During this time, team members and leadership alike, have focused on what matters: each other’s well-being. That’s why, from December 7 to 20, we’re launching a two-week celebration of EXP’s 3500+ acts of kindness. We have seen the cruel effects of COVID-19, but we also have seen the power of compassion and thoughtfulness, and the strength of humanity. It all starts with one act – giving to a food bank, buying a coffee for a stranger or doing a favor for a friend.

During this campaign, our 3,500+ employees will be sharing their #3500ActsOfKindness, and we hope you will share yours with us, too.

It’s important to look after each other. And doing good doesn’t need to cost a lot of time or money.  A single act of kindness can go a long way in making the world a happier place.
