Amy Pastor promoted to Vice President, Sustainability
EXP is pleased to announce that our esteemed board member, Nancy Laethem Stern, has been appointed to CEO at Allston Holdings LLC, a leading electronic trading company. As a member of EXP’s board, Nancy lends her experience to matters of governance and financial concerns and growth strategies to help EXP best serve our clients and culturally diverse workforce.
Throughout Nancy’s four years on EXP’s board, team members and leadership alike have observed her progression at Allston Holdings and see her as a role model. As an accomplished lawyer and executive leader, Nancy’s career began as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert H. Cleland, United States District Judge. Since 2013, Nancy has advanced from executive vice president, to chief operating officer and general counsel, to her recent appointment as chief executive officer and general counsel, where she will execute the company’s strategic plan.
EXP’s President, Mark Dvorak shared, “Nancy’s well-deserved appointment displays her successful leadership style, operational decisiveness and strategic direction.
