New 185,000 SF, multi-story colocation data center with 96,000 SF of raised floor and power density of 150W/SF designed for modular and phased construction. The new colocation data center features eight data center suites and utilizes innovative technologies such as chillers with magnetic, oil-free compressors, combined with dedicated evaporative condensers. Other features include ultrasonic humidification, rainwater harvesting, and a highly efficient Energy Star uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system.
Additional features include new lighting, grounding, lightning protection, security, building automation systems, and new mechanical equipment designed to support new electrical switchgear rooms and computer rooms.
Double-stacked diesel generators were designed to provide ten (10) 2.5MW Generators within a very small equipment yard. The data center was designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
