EXP is pleased to announce the elevation of Amy Pastor, PE, CxA, LEED Fellow, ENV SP to lead EXP’s global sustainability initiatives. Amy’s elevated role reflects EXP’s commitment to investing in sustainability and decarbonization efforts to drive our clients’ success.
In her new position, Amy will be responsible for developing and deploying EXP’s sustainability strategy across all EXP markets and service offerings.

Amy has more than 20 years of experience in green building certification, energy modeling, onsite commissioning, retro-commissioning, energy audits, meter validations and other energy services. Throughout her 20-year long career at EXP, Amy has been a part of over 215 LEED-Certified projects, led a national team of commissioning, sustainable design and energy modeling experts and led EXP’s annual EXP’s Sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report since its inception in 2022.
