EXP’s energy transition experts recently supported BentallGreenOak through the LEED v4.1 O+M Gold recertification process for 1250 René-Lévesque Boulevard, a landmark commercial office tower in the heart of downtown Montreal. EXP’s team developed and implemented a tailored, results-driven action plan that addressed the building’s specific needs. This strategy successfully demonstrated the building’s strong energy performance and commitment to best industry practices, earning recognition from the Canada Green Building Council (CAGBC).
LEED O+M certification recognizes excellence and ongoing improvement in building operations and maintenance. It evaluates key performance areas that all contribute to occupant well-being, such as water and energy consumption, waste management, access to active and low-emission transportation options, and indoor environmental quality, including air quality and thermal comfort.
