A second Parity Certification for EXP

At EXP, we strive to foster an increasingly inclusive culture by taking steps to promote an equitable work environment. For the second consecutive year, EXP has been awarded the Bronze-Level Parity Certification by Women in Governance. This award recognizes the company’s practices, programs and policies that promote an inclusive culture where diversity plays a key role in the career advancement of women.

Representation of women on our teams is a priority at EXP. We recognize that delivering exponential possibilities for our clients, employees and communities depends on our ongoing commitment to sustainably supporting equal opportunities for women. To make this happen, we have implemented initiatives to ensure better representation of women on our team, such as a women’s leadership program launched in May 2023. This program is intended to support and equip our female employees in Quebec who want to get more involved as leaders at EXP.

About the Parity Certification from Women in Governance

Women in Governance’s Parity Certification begins with a comprehensive diagnostic of where a company stands on the gender parity spectrum by assessing its strategies (culture and commitments) and actions (communications, policies and programs) as well as the results those measures achieve. Following the assessment, a customized report outlines the best practices and key factors that will help an organization draw up its roadmap for achieving gender parity and promoting inclusion.
