For the second consecutive year, EXP has been awarded the Bronze-Level Parity Certification by Women in Governance. This award recognizes the company’s practices, programs and policies that promote an inclusive culture where diversity plays a key role in the career advancement of women.
Representation of women on our teams is a priority at EXP. We recognize that delivering exponential possibilities for our clients, employees and communities depends on our ongoing commitment to sustainably supporting equal opportunities for women. To make this happen, we have implemented initiatives to ensure better representation of women on our team, such as a women’s leadership program launched in May 2023. This program is intended to support and equip our female employees in Quebec who want to get more involved as leaders at EXP.
