EXP is pleased to announce the promotion of Sean P. McMahon to executive vice president, office of the chairman and CEO. Sean returned to EXP in 2015 and has been instrumental in helping to develop and execute the Dvorak family’s vision for the company by creating the right culture, structure and incentives for our staff to grow and share in its success.
Sean has been working with the Dvorak family for over 20 years in various ventures. In addition to his duties at EXP, Sean is the General Manager of TRES Development, LLC. Sean has benefited from their years mentorship and friendship and passes that same entrepreneurial spirit and leadership style on to the diverse teams he leads and manages, including facilities, fleet services, EHS, administration and the incentive compensation committee.

Going forward, Sean is helping the company evolve again in light of flexible work arrangements and what that means to our growth strategy, technology requirements and the impact on company culture.
Sean graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and Development.
