In honor of Black History Month, EXP reflects on the immeasurable contributions of Black engineers, architects, designers and professionals. Beginning in 1926 and founded by Carter G. Woodson, Black History Month has grown into a global recognition and celebration of history and achievements.
EXP’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee strives to create opportunities for Black employees to share their experiences and for all employees to to learn, identify and resolve inequities. We are honored to be a part of a profession, which has grown tremendously because of the contributions of Black professionals.
