EXP’s My EXPerience series wins SMPS’s People’s Choice Award

Yesterday, EXP’s corporate communications and marketing teams virtually attended the 2021 Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), Marketing Communications Awards ceremony. 

The teams celebrated winning their third consecutive People’s Choice Award, an open vote to the public and SMPS members alike, for EXP’s #MyEXPerience video series. A series that answered the question “What is it like to work at EXP?” 

The corporate communications team met with human resources and leadership teams across EXP’s 90+ offices to describe the series, identify people who reflect our diversity of backgrounds and experience and how the videos would be used. The result was a list of 20 interviewees that capture EXP’s recruitment themes of career pathing and growth, mentorship and professional development, dynamic work environment, professional expertise, diversity of projects, and collaboration between people, disciplines and geography.​

Vice President of Corporate Communications Emmanuelle Landry, shared, “We’re excited to win this year’s People’s Choice Award, for the premier A/E/C marketing and business development association, SMPS. Our leadership team values our people as our greatest asset. The #MyEXPerience Series symbolized the themes across EXP which make us an outstanding company and highlighted individuals who exemplify those themes. It was an exciting series to develop, manage and promote and we’re honored it was recognized by EXP team members and industry peers as the recipient of this award.” ​
