The 800,000 barrels per day (bpd) line of Keystone XL is the fourth phase of a critical new crude oil system line expected to be the safest and most advanced pipeline in North America.

Connecting Alberta, Canada to Houston, Texas in the US, this major initiative encompasses the Keystone XL Pipeline and the Gulf Coast Pipeline. In total the project will consist of over 1,700 miles of 36-inch pipeline, including over 300 miles in Canada and over 1,300 miles within the US, traversing Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas.
