Khalil Saba has joined EXP as sector leader, transportation, based in Southern California, lending his considerable expertise to all transportation projects in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and the Inland Empire.
“Khalil brings proven leadership, communication, and team building skills to the table,” says Mark Dvorak, EXP’s president and COO. “He also has a strong record of success establishing and leading transportation operations that make him the ideal person to lead our regional transportation team.”
With more than 39 years of experience in civil engineering and program/project management, Khalil has been a sector manager and area manager at leading engineering firms such as HNTB and Parsons. He also spent 13 years with Caltrans serving as a deputy director for Caltrans District 8 and working closely with San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA), Riverside County Transportation Commission, and other local government agencies.
