On September 30, EXP joined communities to honor Orange Shirt Day and the first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, a day to honor the lost children, survivors and communities affected by the residential school system in Canada. We’re proud of building a diverse workforce that reflects the clients and communities we serve.
With a client base that includes First Nations and Indigenous communities throughout North America, we are committed to expanding our knowledge and understanding, which begins with learning. As a company, we took time to share resources to learn about the painful history and ongoing effects of residential school system and considered our individual and collective role in shaping a better future for our employees, clients and communities.
