Algeria's East-West Highway
One of the largest road construction sites in the world, this highway links the border areas of El-Tarf in the east and Tlemcen in the west. Contractors had 40 months to deliver the highway in its entirety according to the specifications of the various quality plans. We helped COJAAL reach this objective by playing a major role in quality audits and delivery (on the eastern portion of the highway) upon the project's completion. We are required to file, among other things, all required registrations (as-built file) of internal and external quality controls and as-built plans throughout construction with the Agence Nationale des Autoroutes.
